Not only did the hotel provide ironing facilities, a rare find in my travels, but they also surprised me by finding and returning a lost earring, showcasing their attention to detail and care for guests.The room's heating was so cozy, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere during my entire stay. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a delightful touch, allowing me to relax and unwind with a hot beverage while enjoying the breathtaking views from the terrace. The fact that the rooms were soundproofed added an extra layer of tranquility, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, offering a touch of luxury to my daily routine. The electric kettle in the room was a convenient amenity, making it easy to enjoy a cup of tea whenever I desired. Dw impressed me with its attention to detail, top-notch facilities, and unparalleled service, making it a standout destination for a truly memorable and comfortable stay.
